My knee has started to hurt so did half a commute today, the flat bit :)
Rode the station early and all the traffic lights were on green. Why does that never happen when you're pushing for time???

Hi, welcome to my blog. I started riding to work in 2005, then decided to do London to Paris ride for charity in 2007, met some great people, formed a "charity team" with them and haven't looked back since. I've done the Paris ride 3 times now, andplanning on JOGLE at some point, plus if funds allow maybe something more adventurous (the Amazon is currently on the list). I originally started this blog to keep track of training and to let my sponsors see how I was getting on, but now I just post any old crap... all to do with cycling of course (",) and a bit of swimming now.

Half of your commute is still further than the full distance of most peoples.
It's due to go cold next week, will you still keep riding?
